15-day return window
You may request a return within 15 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered. Contact core2key before sending anything back so the return can be authorized and matched to your order.
Return condition
Returned products should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received, with included parts and accessories. Products that are materially altered, tampered with, abused, or damaged through improper use may be ineligible for a return or may be subject to a deduction where permitted by law.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by an error on our part.
6-month limited warranty
core2key includes a 6-month limited warranty from the original delivery date covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. For an approved warranty claim, the remedy may be repair, replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Warranty exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, unauthorized modification or repair, misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, improper power or connections, neglect, abuse, cosmetic wear that does not affect function, or damage caused by the user. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
