Shipping rates
United States orders with a merchandise total of $50 or more ship free. US orders below that threshold are charged a flat $12 shipping fee. Available international destinations are charged a flat $30 shipping fee.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is successfully authorized. Processing and transit estimates will be displayed at checkout or provided in your shipment confirmation once live fulfillment is connected. Business days exclude weekends and applicable carrier holidays.
Tracking
When a shipment is handed to the carrier, tracking information should be sent to the email associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may update after pickup.
International orders
The $30 international shipping fee does not include import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, or other destination-country fees unless your live checkout explicitly says otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or carriers.
Unavailable destinations
The checkout country selector excludes destinations currently listed by USPS under International Mail Service Suspensions. In this build those destinations are: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Kiribati, Republic of the Congo, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Yemen. Carrier restrictions can change, so this list should be reviewed before launch and whenever your shipping carrier changes.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes may not be possible. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
